Major lawsuit will expose Bush/Cheney's long conspiracy to steal their "victories" through election fraud. Repub Stephen Spoonamore, who worked for McCain's campaign until recently, is a respected expert on computer fraud, and has detailed high-tech sabotage over the past 8 years, and is naming names. Ohio attorney Cliff Arnebeck announced in a press conference.

"Expert advisor, Stephen Spoonamore, who among other things designs and runs computer programs to analyze and detect fraudulent financial activity for the world's leading credit card companies, said, "You cannot secure electronic voting. You set up a bunch of grandmothers to put together a bunch of computers once every two years, basically those machines are architected in such a manner to maximize their capacity [for] fraud."

"Spoonamore on vote counting: "What happens at the end of the day, all those votes are thrown into a magic box with one troll inside, the troll jumps out and says 'Here are your results! Ta-Da!!' That's it. There's no validation of the code, there's no authentication."

"Spoonamore again: "None of us [the American people] really want to confront the fact that there appears to be an extremely coordinated effort by a very small group of people to rig elections and take control of the executive branch."

"When asked by a reporter to respond to the fact that both Democratic and Republican Secretaries of State and elected officials will say that our elections are run on a bi-partisan system, Spoonamore responded, "No it's not. It's not a bi-partisan system. This entire system is being programmed in secret by programmers who have no oversight by anybody. In my opinion, both sides [Democrats and Republicans] have no friggin' clue what they're talking about...The person who programs the code inside the machine will decide the results."

ADDRESSES VOTE FRAUD ISSUE ON RECENT CONFERENCE CALL

Republican Presidential candidate, Congressman Ron Paul, a guest on the February 15, 2008 Oregon/Washington Cacaus Conference Call, was asked a question by one of the callers, Ms. Kathy Ornstein of Los Angeles, California. Ms. Ornstein wanted to know if there was going to be a bill brought before Congress to the stop vote fraud that has been (and is) going on in America.

Dr. Paul responded that he thought there was indeed “room for that”. He also said that there had been mandates (for cleaner elections) and funds appropriated by the federal government for voting machines, but that unfortunately, for people like him who wanted paper ballots and a paper trail, they were unsuccessful in those elections.

He went on to say that the issue of vote fraud is a “major, major problem”, and that he, too, had lost elections in the past due to vote fraud. In fact, he said that he and his staff are “pretty certain” that that was the case in New Orleans and “possibly some other states” in the recent primaries.

Dr. Paul ended his remarks by stating that there are things citizens can do to help stop vote fraud, like implementing effective “ballot security” measures, but it needs to be done at the state or local level.

A nice lady from Pay Pal just called and let us know the freeze on our account has been lifted. Thank goodness as we were about to become homeless on the side of the road..lol.

She looked at the account and all the information we have sent in and decided we are legit. Heck I have been telling them that for 48 hours.

The money for the recount was borrowed and is now paid and the recount is on. We only have to repay the loan which is easy now with the money free.

We are still a little behind as we have had other fees to pay such as the $2000 filing fee, $2,500 for Mr Howard to find a place to live for a while and the plane fare.

I do not know where to begin with all of this so I will just lay out the basic facts as they are being reported to me:

1. The state of New Hampshire ballot appeared to have been tampered with.
2. The people of America (and about half of the world too!) pulled together to sign a petition and have their voice heard, across the aisle, in an effort that has seen both Democrats and Republicans call for a recount of the ballots for the state of New Hampshire.
3. The Secretary of State placed a January 15th @ 15:00 deadline for the $55,600 to be handed over to cover the cost of the recount.
4. The money was raised by, again, people from all walks of life who simply wanted to see that every vote was counted.
5. At the very last moment, PayPal froze the Granny Warriors account and refused to release the funds whilst they “investigated” a “suspicious” $1000 donation.
6. The money could not be handed over and thus, at this point in time, it appears that the recount will NOT take place.

Frozen out by Paypal

On January 16th, 2008 Granny Warrior says:

We had sent the money to the former attorney General in NH who was standing in the bank waiting for confirmation of the payment being on the way which it was. The money was removed from our account and by our thinking it was a done deal. a hour later we got a call that our chipin was not working. we checked and found the paypal account was locked. We have spent 5 hours providing all manner of verification to them about the account which is over 10 yrs old with never a flag on it. We had to stop at a centura bank in Alabama and get them to fax our statement to the paypal people proving I owned that account.? then they wanted more. then they said the social security number was associated with another account? That being mine, the same account as we had been advised to change my name on the account from my former name to my married name. We did and that sent every thing into a tizzy again. After hours and minutes on the phone all on over time ( cell phone) we managed to get confirmation that once the faxes had been received the account would be opened again.
The faxes were sent and there was something missing? we had to find another bank and get the entire copy of the last statement and send that in with the address etc on it. what a mess and nothing you told those people made a impression. Seems like someone had sent in a donation sortly after we notified everyone that the money had been raised and also tagged the donation with a suspicious transaction tag. below is the donation. I have a strong feeling we have been had.Read more.

Here are some interesting facts:

South Korea has a population greater than Canada, Australian, New Zealand, and Sweden combined.

They used paper ballots and counted all of them by hand. They counted the entire country in one day. And they counted them in plain view of the people and the media.

So why can't one tiny state like New Hampshire do that?

Iowa still hasn't counted all of their votes.

NH Vote Fraud Recount in need of Funds!!

According to Daily Paul the recount needs to raise $55,600 worth of funds by 3pm Today (1/15/08)! Otherwise no recount will be held. The grannywarriors are trying to help raise the funds to help protect us from Diebold supported voter fraud.

I just returned from New Hampshire where I was campaigning with a great group of people. One of us just so happened to be a young IT guy who was allowed to inspect the machines at a NYC conference in 2005. When we arrived at a polling place in Keane our friend went inside to see if they were using the same machines. Once they realized he was not a voter in that ward they kicked him out rather abruptly, but not before he was able to confirm that indeed yes they were using the identical machines.

There is plenty of information on the net that detail the simplicity of rigging the Diebold machines so I won't go into too much detail. If you want more info I will point you in the right direction. Just drop me an e-mail.

After a careful investigation, I have decided against seeking a recount in New Hampshire. I am confident that not asking for a recount is the right decision.

I carefully considered the arguments for and against a recount before instructing my campaign staff not to pursue it. Without a firm belief that vote fraud had taken place, and without the possibility that a recount would have increased the chances for success of our campaign, a recount would have diverted campaign resources, time, and energy away from crucial battles elsewhere.

We have taken concerns about vote fraud seriously. In Iowa, campaign volunteers carefully monitored the caucuses. Campaign staff placed Paul supporters in every precinct to watch and verify the voting and count. We had supporters phone in results from their precincts to a campaign hotline while others ensured that those numbers were reflected on the official display board at the Polk County Convention Center. The numbers our caucus watchers reported agreed with the official tally, and both results also aligned with the campaign’s internal polling. In relatively pro-Paul counties, our sampling pegged support at 11.5%. This is consistent with an overall 10% finish for the entire state.

In the years I've been at Salon, I've begun more than a few articles with that question. Elections are never placid affairs, but in recent years several factors -- 1) crazily hackable voting machines, 2) generally heightened partisanship, 3) very close races, and 4) a real, honest-to-goodness purloined race (see Bush v. Gore) -- have raised the paranoid in all of us. Wondering if any election outcome is honest has become a standard post-election emotion; not wondering, now that's just crazy.

So it came as no surprise that within a few minutes of Hillary Clinton's unexpected win over Barack Obama in New Hampshire on Tuesday people began to ask, Can we trust this? New Hampshire has a history of clean elections (phone jamming notwithstanding), and the state does not use the notorious, paperless touch-screen voting machines that, for more than half a decade now, everyone who knows anything about voting or computers has been saying we can't trust.

The only way a recount makes any sense at all in New Hampshire is AFTER an assessment is made of the chain of custody issues. If the chain of custody isn't intact the recount won't be worth a cup of warm spit.
When vote fraud was exposed in Ohio in 2004, a recount was ordered. Far from being a random sampling it turned out that ballots were hand picked in order to produce a sample recount that matched the official results. The people who rigged the recount were convicted in court of rigging the recount, so we KNOW that rigging does not stop on election day. The people who rigged New Hampshire election IN BOTH PARTIES will be working just as hard to rig the recount UNLESS New Hampshire voters force the recount to be honest and accurate (see story below about McCain's attempt to steal the Arizona straw poll).

As far as I am concerned, the 2008 election has already lost all credibility. - M. R.

Albert Howard Plans Recount Of NH Republican Primary

Albert Howard, would-be presidential contender from Ann Arbor, said today he has discussed a recount of the Republican vote in Tuesday’s primary in New Hampshire with the secretary of state’s office, and plans to fly to New Hampshire by the end of the day Friday to pay the required fee and start the recount.

Howard, one of 42 so-called minor candidates in the primary, received 44 votes in the primary, according to the official tally. But at one point during the night’s vote counting, Howard said his tally was over 170 votes, making him wonder what happened.

The numbers don't add up, obviously. Ron Paul wins straw poll after straw poll, he wins hack-proof online polls such as AOL's and he gets unprecedented donations and still he gets wiped out by the Diebold machines, which was expected. Blackboxvoting.org has shown us how it is done. The exact same Diebold machines that were exposed in "Hacking Democracy" two years ago were used in New Hampshire yesterday to manage 81% of the primary ballots. Then we learned that the 2004 Iowa Caucus voting was handled by an Israeli-owned company, Elron. Were things different this year? Who is behind John Silvestro and his LHS company that counted the New Hampshire vote?

We should stop hoping that we can beat the house and its rigged roulette wheel, its programmed slot machines and its marked decks and loaded dice.

The campaign should now shift gears and announce that vote fraud has clearly destroyed the American political process, as proven by the Collier brothers, by Jim Condit, Bev Harris, Harri Hursti and the Public Broadcasting System and by many others.

While the political pundits chatter on about the shocking "upset" in the New Hampshire primary between Marxist Hillary Clinton and 'No Change' Barack Obama, there is a storm brewing regarding the vote count for Congressman Ron Paul.

Regular readers of my column know I have been on the vote fraud issue since 1993. It is real and has dominated our elections since the late '60s. While the corporate media flunkies have been diligent in their efforts to marginalize and crush Dr. Paul's run for the White House the past several months, his support has swelled and along with it, the necessary cash to run a viable campaign. Supporters of Paul & Obama Unite For A Recount In NH

Description/History:
Ron Paul had two precincts, Sutton and Greenville, that BOTH claimed to receive ZERO votes for him in the recent New Hampshire primary.

In the same ballot Rudy Giuliani received many more votes than would be expected for a candidate with no momentum from previous primaries and very low poll numbers in a state where he did not see fit to even campaign.

Barack Obama received significantly less votes than was predicted in the vast majority of polls whilst Hillary Clinton received significantly more votes than were predicted.

This coupled with the statistical analyses demonstrating that BOTH candidates potentially lost HUGE numbers of votes when comparing hand counts to machine counts (91% of the vote in New Hampshire was machine counted) should, in the interests of ensuring that a true representation of the will of the people is reflected in the results, be enough to drive any Paul or Obama supporter to sign this petition, regardless of party or candidate affiliation.

Given that both men are running for the office of President of the United States, an office that exists solely of the people, for the people and by the people, one assumes that they will both accept this request and represent the will of the people to demand this recount should enough signatures be accumulated.

A Ron Paul fan has put together this wonderful little table that shows precisely what happened in the towns with paper ballots vs. the towns with Diebold Accuvote optical scanner electronic voting machines.

You can see clearly by looking at the column in red how much the electronic voting machines gave or took away from a candidate. Ron Paul lost 2%+, whereas Giuliani got a 0.5% boost, stealing 4th from Ron Paul. You can also see that Mitt Romney really didn't have 31%, but something closer to 25%, a throw of 6% in his favor.

If you're skeptical that these numbers are indeed meaningful, just look at the Democratic field using the link on the page. No statistical difference except for 2 candidates: Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Clinton got a 5-point boost from the machines, whereas Obama got a 2-point drop. With only a 3-point spread in the final count, it is obvious that Obama won New Hampshire - the establishment throws for their fellow Bilderberger.

and identify any discrepancies in the reported results and what you have observed!

Many of these communities are showing 0 votes for RP and 500+ for "Other"! In the town of Sutton, NH, BlackBox Voting (www.blackboxvoting.org) has discovered 31 votes for Ron that were not reported.

Diebold and New Hampshire

At the completion of the New Hampshire primaries, certain elements are are claiming an “astonishing” discrepancy between the results tallied by hand and those tallied by Diebold machines. Naturally reddit jumped on the bandwagon as fast as possible. Here are the results as of 96% precincts reporting (NB: others include Biden, Gravel and Dodd, CNN didn’t provide info for the rest of the field when I collated the data. The rest accounted for about 1% of the vote):

At first glance, the results seem to backup the conspiracy theorists. Is it possible that Clinton’s vote could be so much greater in the Diebold Districts and every other candidate slightly less without foul play? Has Diebold rigged the count in Hillary’s favor? Or is there something else at play?
